Spanish Wills
Anyone who has a property in Spain should have a Spanish will, this will make things easier in the future. The Wills are done in line with European regulations and ensures it is within your country´s law.
All wills go to a central registry and can be recovered by any Notaria in Spain when needed, all our customers get a copy of the will for their records.
Of course we can also take care of recovering it when necessary.
Our service includes transport, legal advise, notary fees and a copy. 140€ for one and 220€ for two.
Inheritance
In our area (Alicante and Murcia) inheritance is exempt from paying tax, although you will need to execute the inheritance and declare the tax 0 and register the inheritance in the Notary and Land Registry.
This whole process costs around €2,000-2,500 on average including our fees (€700 plus IVA) and fees for the notary, land registry and tax declaration (must be sent to Madrid for non-residents).
