I started this company in 2011 to help people who wish to locate to Spain. I help by dealing with the complicated paperwork, guide them through the necessary process and give them security when buying or selling a house so that they are sure everything is done professionally, within the law and for the best price.

More than 10 years in accountancy and company management made me decide to work more for the people. After working in Torrevieja for a community´s administrator I realized how difficult it was for expats to understand and follow the legal processes to live or buy house here and decided to help them in the process.

Fantastic asset for the company, joined us end of 2019 and since then sorting all the doubts, questions and paperwork for all the residency/TIE applicants. She´ll be the first face you see when you try and get legal in Spain and will calm all your fears about it.

She has travelled a lot since she was 13 yrs old, chose Spain to settle down once retired, after having worked as export manager for many years.

Raisa works with us since 2023, sorting all the bureaucracy asisting Uma with all the paperwork. She is from Moldova, but after 14 years living in Spain, feels like at home. Mom of a girl, 2 dogs and one magic cat, she likes a challenge and helping people, She speaks Romanian, Spanish, and is fluent in Russian and English. She has a magic touch to persuade official officers to help and provide with information which makes our job much easier. In her free time she likes hiking to (dis)connect to the nature and devouring books.

He is Danish and is my personal assistant and the perfect help for Scandinavian clients… he is also the father of my children 😊 and a skilled real estate agent who can also help you find the right property to buy in Spain or sell your property in Spain, inquire about brokerage fees.
